Protein Powder or Eggs for Breakfast? Eat both if you like, actually do so! Your diet is awful, can't say it any other way! I advise you NOT to fool around for an extended period of time with a "very low calorie diet" VLCD! Unless you have specific metabolic or other health issues that require you to lose large amounts of body fat as fast as possible, I strongly suggest you change what you are doing. Start by reading the stickies and learn to construct a diet that runs a slight deficit and allows you weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week, if you begin to lose more than than that, increase your calories.
