      Proats leave me hungry....switching to whole foods, need advice.

      I completely understand. Though, I understand that solid whole food protein choice would yield a longer digestion time and increase satiety, how would you revamp this meal to allow for more food volume? Also, though fat doesn't increase volume of a food, I know it adds satiety.

      More oats, less whey, less peanut butter. Adding eggs or egg whites into the oats while cooking will increase volume while adding a source of protein & micronutrients.

      actually i tried this one time, i ate 2.5 cups oats with a scoop of whey mixed in and i was still hungry then on a second day, when i decreased the oats to 1 cup and added 2 scoops of whey with a tbsp of natty pb, i felt i had a rock in my stomach....

      thinkin satiety very much is dependent on the invididual...
