      Hey Guys, pretty much finished my cut for my holiday/vacation in July, basically just going to maintain and float around 161.5-163lbs and then after my holiday i will lean bulk for eternity! Thanks for looking brahs. also BF% estimate would be appreciated.

      Weighed in at 162lbs this morning.

      Before cutting weighed 182ishlbs, Pic taken on 11/4/2012.
