      And you know that because of your "genetics" or because someone told you so?

      I'll tell you something about calves, i had 12 inch twigs for years and only recently has it clicked. I literally kill them 4-5x a week and i experiment with foot placement. Took me months, but I grew 3 inches on my left and that's the smaller one. Just a shade under 15 inches.

      You may not grow inches upon inches, but you can IMPROVE on what you have. At the end of the day that's the very reason you're in the gym.
