      Im starting my bulk in about two weeks and so far this will be my diet

      breafast:
      6 whole eggs
      banana
      2 servings of oatmeal
      yogurt

      snack:
      2 slices of bread
      2 slices of turkey
      2 slices of ham
      white american cheese
      fat free mayo

      lunch:
      8oz chicken breast
      1 serving of green beans
      1-2 cups of pasta

      preworkout meal:
      protein shake
      4 pieces of toast


      postworkout:
      protein shake
      2 cups of pasta or rice

      snack:
      NEED HELP WITH THINKING OF ANOTHER SNACK

      dinner:
      8oz steak
      1 serving of broccoli
      2 cups of rice

      before bed:
      protein shake

      i feel like i need more fruit but any suggestions, im all ears and reps will be given!

      this may be a good diet for you, but it's hard to tell when your maintenance (TDEE) isn't given, along with your stats.

      ~BF%:

      Also, it is not necessary to eat that many meals. If you like doing this that way and/or it helps you achieve your goals, then by all means continue it. But, there is no significant advantage in eating very frequently. Eat when you want and how much you want. Just be sure to hit your macro totals each day while eating mostly micronutrient dense, whole foods.

      just wondering why your eating fat free mayo on a bulk. I'm on a cut and eat real mayo within my macros. Considering mayo is oil and egg yolks how could fat free mayo exist?

      For me; too many meals. No need for pre and post workout shakes, try get protein from food sources, it tastes better. Not enough fat, not enough vegetables. 8-9 meals, fuark that, get it down to 3-4, make life easy. So many fees is a pain in the harris. What do the macros add up too? And read the stickies.

      The names of the foods you eat and, the timing and frequency of your meals are largely irrelevant to the outcome of your diet. Daily energy balance and micro/macronutrient sufficiency govern.

      it comes out to approx. being 250-300g of protein and 450-500carbs..i really dont know how much fat i should be intaking

      this would make your BMR around 2000. multiply this by the activity factor found at http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=121703981 to get your TDEE. then add 10-20% for a clean bulk (slow bulk; gain muscle mass while gaining only small amounts of fat)
