Right I am slowly building up the courage to do a ph cycle (it's taking me a while to bite the bullet).

Diet now looks like cals 2500-2700, protein 300g. Carbs 148g. Fat 86g (lots of fish)

Training full body weight 5x10 3 times a week with cardio sessions also doubling up cardio on none weight days. Cardio made from HIIT, 5.5 mile runs, x trainer and some cycling. So figure diet and training is spot on now?

Epi to loose BF without putting on mass as wife and family will go mental.

      Cycle

HBerry pre load for two weeks 1g I read
      epi ran at 30mg
      NAC on cycle also

      Pct 6 bromo 150-150-150-150-100-50 + manimal

Would you also run cycle support during or is NAC sufficient?

      Cheers

The epi won't really help u lose fat but will help u hold on to muscle when dieting mate

if ur doing it purely for fat loss I would lower the kcals too

I would get nolvadex for pct but I'm sure urs will be fine too

Why would your family go mental at gaining mass??? Just tell them youv upped your carbs and training harder, epi takes for decking ever to kick in anyway, you'd get away with it what the frig is 6 bromo? what happened to nolva or clomid? Lol.
How much do you weigh? If I were cutting I'd have my cslories way lower than that, that's just me though.

      Cheers mate.

I've been running on 1700 cals for about 4 months and it just won't sit with the amount of training I'm doing. Training 2x a day 7 days a week. I use to just fall asleep after one training session but calories now meaning I'm not.

      6"4 weigh 90kg aged 30 on Saturday :-(

Can't be doing the calorie dropping as I can't sustain the workouts.

Last night for example I hit a two hour martial arts class followed by 45 mins on my x trainer, and I did that Monday night also. Last Sunday was a 5 mile run followed by weights, the Saturday was a plyometric interval session followed by an hour on my x trainer.

Just to clarify my rather expensive set of scales have me at 89.1kg and 17.1% BF

Ern... You might be alright with your cals then, if your training twice a day, I'd still drop them to atleast 2300 but that's just me.

I have been following this diet for just over two weeks now and already I have seen physical changes, BF has defo dropped and even my brother commented I'm looking leaner.

Was going to do a pmag cycle initially but don't fancy trying to explain where my sudden bulk has materialised from - father is a dr and bro is a dentist!

Nolva is N/A as I work out at home, so no buddies to score it from and I'm not putting my card details into foreign websites due to previous bad experience. I would rather just source it from one place (jw).

And at your weight I'd go to 40mg with the epi, the only sides I feel are bp related but if your taking hberry you'll be ok IMO
