Plain Oatmeal. Lol its not like that. Obviously not a lot of people like it. But if there is a way to make it enjoyable then yah i want to eat it because i hear its a healthy fuel choice and the fiber keeps you full.
Plain Oatmeal. I use 1/2 cup oatmeal cooked with water. Then I add 1 scoop vanilla whey, 1tsp of truvia, and add some sliced almonds. My other variation is 1/2 cup oatmeal cooked with water and 1 cup of frozen mixed berries. But, if you don't like the taste of it then don't eat it. There's no reason to eat food you do not like while dieting. Make your diet more enjoyable and you'll be more successful.
Plain Oatmeal. I found oatmeal bland until i started adding whey to it. Now I love it. Also try adding some fruit. Sometimes I stew some apple so as to make an apple sauce and then add that to it. Also make sure you use milk and not water.
