anything is fair game when you're on a bulk
just make sure it fits into your macros and you're good, it doesn't really matter but make it white whole wheat crust if u can and put some kind of lean protein and veggies on top

It's probably not the best thing. Unless you make it yourself, you are never going to be sure just how it fits your macros.

you could just ask for the nutritional information from where ever you're buying it from.

      honestly that ****s always off
I work at muscle maker grill and they don't even pay attention to what they're putting in their food, they just throw it all in there they don't weigh it or anything so the macros are always off

Or you could just not worry over it all day if it's not going to be something you eat everyday. And most likely not "a lot of protein" but you can always add some grilled chicken tenders on the side!

I make my own pizza at home all the time. Sodium is the only thing it's high in but I need sodium so that's w/e.

Good while bulking, better if you know how to make it yourself since you can count the macros.

You can do that, but it may not be accurate. In my experience your pizza (thickness, amount of toppings, etc.) varies a lot depending on who makes it. Some people are really anal about their macros.
