ive been on a strict diet and eating about 10-11 calories per pound of weight,
I started around 187Lb and im down to 168 in 12 weeks and my lifts have not decreased and i actually gained little bit of strength in some of my body parts.
      i followed diet
      macros
      45-50% protein
carbs 30% mostly in morning and before and after workout
      fats - 20%

i ate mostly lean meat and isopure for post workout
for carbs i ate oatmeal, wheat bread
mostly ate healthy fat such as avacado nuts

my workout was a 6 day split
      chest ABs
      back
      legs ABS
      shoulders
      arms ABs
      legs
      my workou
and some also different types of cardio such as HIIT and basketball

i feel that i have just shrinked but i dont see any definition.
help me where i made a mistake

how tall are you. I'm 5/10 and i don't usually start seeing definition until around the low 160's.
Currently i'm low 170's and barely have any definition, but you see in my avi at 157lb's i have quite a bit.
keep truckin along with your cut
-post a pic to get a better judgement

You probably just don't have enough mass to show any definition and/or still at a high BF%. But post some pics and we'll be able to assess the issue.

You dropped almost 20lbs in 12 weeks. That is good progress. You just still have a good amount of bf to lose before you see definition. My guess is you've got like 15lbs to lose and you should start seein some definition.
