Ok so I have been trying to tone down on the fats in my diet lately and i have always thought pb&j sandwiches were healthy. But, I looked at the nutrition on my skippy peanut butter and it had 16g of fat per serving! I'm pretty sure that is alot. I Think i must use about 2 servings on a sandwich and thats 32g of fat which is roughly what half my daily intake should be. so what i'm trying to ask is are pb&j sandwhiches good lunches for dieting or are they way to high in fat?
