PB - Chelsea's 190kg Bent Over Row Strong no doubt, but they were shrugs. The problem with the bent over row is that your back will not stay in position at heavy weights. It will naturally straighten up (or snap) Try that again doing pendlay rows. You won't move the fcuker off the ground
