      Hahaha tell me what it is mate.....every girl has to start somewhere

      Will do, even if i just get a couple. Got some Hemo-Rage as well so a scoop of that with some BCAA's should give me the energy to hit it!

      Strong no doubt, but they were shrugs.

      The problem with the bent over row is that your back will not stay in position at heavy weights. It will naturally straighten up (or snap)

      Try that again doing pendlay rows. You won't move the fcuker off the ground
