pb and j Cardio is irrelative to weightloss, its all about calories in vs. calories out. You can ditch the cardio and lower your activity level as it fits your day. Maybe drop the activity level to 1.4. Like i said, its all trial and error. But whatever you choose, stick to it for a couple weeks before altering.
