I try to stay away from pizza because I don't need all the extra calories, but if it only cost me 15-20 cents more per order, I would consider that to be money well spent.

Interesting. Starbucks CEO said something similar recently. But, Starbucks I believe pays 100% of the cost of insurance, so it will hit them harder. Without being political, it will cost companies more to run their businesses with more than 50 employees if they choose to go with Obamacare rules. For the public companies, I wonder how it is going to affect their stock prices.

Taxes are always passed along to the consumer. I'm all for individuals and companies paying their fair share but it reaches a point where taxes do more harm than good. Unfortunately, people who pay no taxes love the idea of taxing others. Starbucks offers great benefits to their employees but I doubt it's going to last.

As disterbing as all the price increases are I'm personally more concerned with the fact it's cheaper for my employer to drop coverage and pay a fine. Then there is the fact it would cost me $1000 a month to cover my family right now from employer based system can't do it do what fees am I getting?
