      In to my second day off bulk and have a quess ive only gone and got myself ill got a cooked chicken from asda yesterday give me bloody food poising cant stomach any food atm dont no what to do force my self to eat but what can i eat the sound of chicken makes me wanna puke what can i do guys

      You can't eat on food poisoning mate. Your body is trying to reject all the food in you at the mo to get rid of the poison. Whatever you eat will likely come back up. Rest and water for a day or so is all you can do.

      I did think it was just bug but my dad asked what had i ate yesterday and told him i got a chicken from and he said its happend to him a few times when he bought a cooked chicken so he stoped getting them he could of told me this before i went and bought 1 haha

      Cheers just got to man up and try geting on with it didnt help being at work till 1 in the p1ssing down rain i dunno why i didnt just stay in bed ..
