What really is the big deal with these studies? Are they excuses? I mean honestly there is a study for almost everything but people don't live in studies. They aren't under doctor care 24/7 to monitor exact nutrient timing, blood sugars, etc. It just seems that some people go a little far and over think this whole thing. I think when you are worried that you extended your IF window by thirty minutes tonight and you are absolutely in panic over when you should start eating tomorrow - you are losing the ****ing point. Not mad - just don't get why these people need some vague study to justify their actions when the answer is incredibly simple.
