Since i dont eat any fruits like apples or strawberries. I drink 8oz of orange juice in the morning. But, sadly now i have to cut it off in my diet since 8oz = 24g of sugar even tho 488mg potassium per serving. If i keep it in my diet, my sugar intake will go up to 51g a day. Should i keep it or eliminate it? Thinking of substituting with a potatoe in the morning. But, orange juice will be alot eaiser zzzzzz.
Orange juice !!!!! I am having problem in getting definition in my abs so i need to adjust my sodium and sugar intake. My sodium intake is high too 2670mg a day.

Orange juice !!!!! What does sugar content have to do with abs? Also that is not that high of a sodium content and I would bet that you simply need to lose more fat to see your abs. 90% of the time the only reason you can't see abs is because your body fat is too high. The other 10% of the time it's because you don't have enough muscle.

Bro i m 10%.. but i really train my abs lol.. but it seems like my belly is abit bloated with sugar and sodium trust me i ate alot while i bulk and that was dirty bulk honestly.. i was 125lbs so i ate macdonalds and kfc like almost all day about 6months and went up to 167lbs with a fat belly didnt even notice + chicken susages high sodium fat sat fat etc..
