      Agreed,gives me more energy for the whole of the day in fact!

      completely fasted it is then ty guys/girls

      If wanting to maintain muscle and lose fat, just keep heart rate within your fat burning zone, (approx 60%-70% of your maximum heart rate) whilst doing fasted cardio, no food, just do the cardio and maybe later, have some fish and a rice cake.

      Only way to do this for me is either a) leg over: disadvantages= not often enough or last long enough or b)9 miles to work on the bike

      both make me feel great for the day!
