im planning on waking up very early, eating some white fish, and doing a long walk in the morning times, coming back home, eat some more fish and sleep for a bit, any of you think this is a good or bad idea?

Will you be catching your own fish?

Why are your reasons for eating before the cardio?I prefer to do it in a fasted state.

i dont know, something for the muscles to feed on whilst not having any carbs in you to use for energy during the cardio? not sure if thats correct at all but i guess so far it seems like pure fasting is the way to go lol

If you are dead set on having something before you do cardio then a scoop of whey or some bcaa's would suffice if you're scared of burning muscle, however from experience I think that as long as you get plenty of protein in the rest of the day it's not a problem and completely fasted cardio is good.
