I'm putting olive oil in my mass build shakes, just worked out i'm using about 15ml+ a time in my shake, does it really matter how much I put in? The only downside it's had is when I need a ****, it comes out a bit too easy which makes me a bit wary with farts
Olive Oil not had the ****s constantly nor leaving a deposit in my boxers YET.... been doing it since Mon, only realised now how much is going in when I just tried to measure it using a 6ml barrel...
Olive Oil I take 20ml twice a day and doesn't cause any issues. Make sure it is a proper extra virgin oil and not some cheap stuff.

Olive Oil I often do this in the morning with my shakes. Maybe a few extra bombs dropped but nothing that could stop me getting the easiest 270cals a day.
