      I'm putting olive oil in my mass build shakes, just worked out i'm using about 15ml+ a time in my shake, does it really matter how much I put in?

      The only downside it's had is when I need a ****, it comes out a bit too easy which makes me a bit wary with farts

      It'll depend
      If your bulking/cutting as olive oil adds a lot of calories if you have a lot

      bulking... so there's no downside to wacking 15ml in twice a day?

      you will have the sh1ts constantly and leave a deposit in your boxers .

      not had the ****s constantly nor leaving a deposit in my boxers YET.... been doing it since Mon, only realised now how much is going in when I just tried to measure it using a 6ml barrel...

      I take 20ml twice a day and doesn't cause any issues.

      Make sure it is a proper extra virgin oil and not some cheap stuff.

      this is Napolina light & mild olive oil... Was half price @ Sainsburys, but gonna get there extra virgin tomorow when i'm in town..

      I often do this in the morning with my shakes.
      Maybe a few extra bombs dropped but nothing that could stop me getting the easiest 270cals a day.
