Ok guys I could really do with some advice bro i was only f*cking with ya. the stair master is less intense than say a cross trainer or a treadmill. i would say its better to stick to the cross trainer or even better go on the treadmill for fat burning. you may not be able to run for longer than 5 mins at first but you will progress over time, just keep pushing yourself. but you can do all the cardio in the world, but if your diet isnt up to scratch you wont get far. i take it your main goal for now is fat loss (correct me if i am wrong) post up what your current diet is like for members to help you out.
