      Do you guys ever get **** for eating your bb meals at work or school? Or drinking protein shakes in public? Like seriously, do people think we get this big by eating McDonald's twice a day? I don't get why they have to be smart***es about it?

      People at work don't understand how I lose weight eating as much food as I do. I do IF and take an IIFYM approach. I usually eat my "healthy" whole foods meal at home then when I head to work (I work nights) I have usually met all my macro/micro requirements so I eat the not so "healthy" things. The girls here always want to know my "secret". Then when I take the time to explain it all they tell me fasting is bad, eating ice cream makes you fat and I just have "good genes". This is typically followed by me showing them a picture of my fatass 300+ pound former self. Usually shuts them up...

      I could never eat ice cream and lose weight. I take one bite I'm doing the truffle shuffle for 4 days..

      ahh, but you can eat ice cream (in moderation) and lose weight. find out more by reading the stickie on calculating macronutrients. then ask questions, learn, and proceed to lose weight eating pizza and other good stuff while not receiving critism from nonlifters but rather questions from girls just like vismal.

      As a non-lifter for right now (FCUK YOU back spasms) how should I be eating? I know my maintenance but eating my bodyweight in protein is literally useless and a waste of food/whey IMO. I've been trying to eat healthy but I don't even know how to fill up my diet for now.

      dont use the whey then. you can get away with eating .8g/lb body weight. especially if you're not lifting. hit your daily macronutrients and your daily calories and you will maintain what you have.
