      Do you take BCAA on your no training days, I mean without any serious sports activities?

      Yes, I train 6 days a week and I maintain the same diet intake every day ( except for my pre-workout on my off day). Even if you are not exerting yourself your body is still in a state of repair so it needs to be fueled accordingly!
