Dropping the oats... Anyone have any ideas what good instead? 8am before i leave for work i have Nutirsports shake with 4 egg whites! Followed by oats milk n honey at work 9am!
No carbs at breakfast... Wanting to get into single digit bf% so was told droppin the oats would help, kind of stalled bf wise over the last few weeks n always feeling bloated! 11.1% right now top abs are visable 50g oats 100mil milk Tsp rowe Honey Have that every day at 9am

No carbs at breakfast... Tbh mate i will be startin the ncb tomoz, but today i have had about 60-70g of carbs n felt ok sometimes and slugish the next! Right now im stiring deeply at these custard creams!!! Hard but rewarding - will power!!!

Thats just it mate they dont consist of carbs, fish, tuna, chicken, always with green beans and or broc, sweet potato if i have bothered to get them in the night before which is few and far between, i have a banana with my post wo shake! And zero carbs after but that last im still stook at 11% i feel and look bloated but still hungry! Takin 150mg of var ed (underdosed) Yohimbine Clen Abc multi vit Nutri shake could be the reason for the bloat
