Evening all, Been lurking for a week or so but thought I should introduce myself and get some personal advice etc. I'm a 25 year old male, around 5' 10" tall and weigh about 11.5st. I have been looking into joining a local gym to get a toned up and improve my strength. I feel underweight and believe bulking up would help, my upper body especially is what I'm hoping to concentrate on most as my arms and shoulders are very small. Newbie from Oxford protein shakes are exactly what they are mate, a great way of increasing protein intake. but dont fall for the common mistake of buying gucci protein, i'm talking about the heavily marketed stuff that is ridiculously priced. you're better off buying whey protein in bulk from the guys on here e.g. pro-10 as it tastes better and more for your money.
