HI! Hope you are all well!! Iv'e been out of training for a year now due to my health being up and down unfortunatley! Was in GOOD shape, now just wanting to get fit again and get my ideal body!! any ideas where I should start lol!? I still have a fair amount of muscle and shape to most of my body but I have gained alot of fat! My aim is to loose as much BF as possible up on till the end of august and I shall start bulking in september. I have 1month and a half to train and then halfway during july and august I am fasting for a month so there shall be no training! wish me luck.
