      new routine

      Height - 6ft1
      Weight - Just under 14stones last checked month ago.
      BF - around 14%

      Bench Press - 90kg @ 5 sets of 5 reps
      Deadlift - 120kg @ 5 sets of 5 reps
      Squats - 80kg @ 5 sets of 5 reps (i know low as hell due to knee injury for 2-3 months)

      I do 4-5 different workouts for each muscle group - would you like all of them?

      You want to concentrate on getting that squat and deadlift up much higher in my opinion, I'd suggest you get the stats listed below before heading onto bodybuilding type work:

      Bench 1REPxBodyweight
      Squat 1REPx1.5xBodyweight
      Deadlift 1REPx2xbodyweight

      Get on push/pull/legs.

      Im doing the same split just on different days and its working amasing for me

      Similar split for me too except I do traps on thursday. Dont forget your traps!!

      For me its:

      Mon - Chest + Triceps
      Tue - Legs
      Wed - Rest Day
      Thu - Shoulders + Abs + Traps
      Fri - Back + Biceps
      Sat - Rest Day
      Sun - Rest Day

      Only just realised this thread is in advanced bodybuilding.. wow. People become advanced quick on here :O
