New Cutting Diet including macros critic? My Cardio took a nose dive once the var kicked it, while im off it am hitting it hard. HIIT is A B!ITCH to do after u have trained i try to get it out the way soon as i hit gym now just because i know once i have smashed the weights i wont even want to look at a treddy let alone run on one lol

Haha Aye its a horrible thought afterwords I always prefer getting it out the way first but everyones seems to disagree with that so fcuk knows man il try it either way about a few times see how it goes Finally got myself some running shoes man running with flat trainers is murder on my calfs and even get sore shins sometimes so hopefully they arrive tomorrow just got my Thermopure and CLA Next day from myprotein very impressed with delivery times like!! il try that out tomorrow as well Im getting right into this training and eating well malarky now like!!
