      Need opinions on my routine!

Why 5 exercises for chest and only 3 for back?

Also, how many reps and sets per exercise?

I alternate the flyes on chest so I only do 4 exercises per session for chest. If you can reccomend more back exercises I'd be happy to hear them!

I try to lift heavy and therefore I do 3 sets of 8 reps for every exercise as heavy as possible. Sometimes I do more reps than that but never more than 12.

      too much chest work.
      not enough back work.

get on a full body split 3x a week.
you're clearly new, and bodypart splits aren't the optimal thing for beginners.

      starting strength or 5x5

What's the difference between a bodypart split and a full-body split?

In my opinion, that routine sucks. Throw it in the garbage. Do a 2 or 3 day split. Do the same amount of exercises for chest and back at least.

There are a ton of back exercises you can do. Cable Rows, T-Bar Rows, High rows, etc. I really don't see the need to do one arm and two arm bent over rows, but that's just me.

invest in a bar and olympic plates.

you can do pretty much everything with a bench, a squat rack, and a bar.....
