      Do you weigh the chicke raw or cooked?

      Need help reaching my protein intake.

      I have 3 scoops of whey per day, 72g easy. Also try peanut butter and nuts, I like cashews, good fats with some protein. Also lean meats like chicken/turkey and egg whites.
