      Your BMR is probably around 1,900. Add in activity and your TDEE is probably around 2,850. Take off 20% and that leaves you with 2,300 calories.

      I would consume at least 2,300 calories. But you know your body and should do what's best for you. I just doubt that 1,600 or 1,800 calories is a good thing.

      so thus far i figure i can up my cals a bit, fill those cals out with dairy/nuts/start using olive oil to cook my greens in...this has been really helpful guys wish my rep counted for something lol. ive been taking fish oil, coq10 and multivitamin from day one, started whey bout 6 weeks ago and creatine just few days ago.
