I'm 18.. 5'5 and weigh 138pounds I've been an exercise geek for almost 2 years... but it's all bodyweight exercises.. cause I'm undertraining in a martial art so i decide to workout in a gym... so i follow strong lifts 5x5.. I was 124 pounds before.. but after workingout for 4months... My pounds is now 138.. i asked my friend that when is the best time to cut.. he said that when you feel that you already got a great mass under those fats... but I think I am... I see some changes in those 4months of eating more and working out hard... my friends is already calling me steroids.. anyway, my goal is only to get ripped and moderate big.... not really big like those bodybuilders... So i started cutting about 500-800 calorie deficit... and my workout is still strong lifts 5x5.. I need your advice pls... am i doing right ?
Need advice pls bulk up, if you cut ud look starving, and i think ur forearms could snap off if u hit em on a door or something
Need advice pls yes, my forearms are small... but they said that genetics plays a big role when it comes in forearms wrist.... even my calves are small... I think i have to accept it.
