Due to digestive problems, I can't have protein shakes because of the sweeteners most of them contain. I really want to focus on investing the money I'm saving on quality food. One question remains...What foods can I eat that contain whey protein or a fast-absorbing protein for post workout nutrition? I thought about ***e Greek Yogurt and adding some pineapple chunks as a carb source, but after some research it seems to contain mostly casein protein. What are your thoughts or suggestions?
