      Monday
      Arms-biceps/triceps/traps
      • Biceps- barbell curls, cable flexes, dumbbell curls
      • Triceps- dumbbell kickback, skull crushers, dips, triceps extensions
      • Traps- dumbbell shrugs

      Tuesday-Cardio

      Wednesday
      Body-chest/abs/delts
      • Chest- flies, dumbbell chest press, cable cross over
      • Deltoids- delt raises, elbow raises with dumbbell in hands
      • Abs- weighted sit ups, bench curl ups

      Thursday-cardio

      Friday
      Back-lats/middle back/lower back
      • Lats- dumbbell pullover, chin-ups, v-cable rows
      • Middle back- bent over barbell rows, incline bench pull, bent over long bar pull
      • Lower back- axel deadlift, barbell deadlift

      Saturday & Sunday-rest

      Good stuff. Don't forgot to work your lower body as well. Squats, hamstring curls, seated calf raises, etc. You don't want to have a swole looking upper body with no support down low. That would just look dumb.

      well what i do is try to do my lower body workouts in the days between with cardio

      Routine sucks ass. Scrap it and do a basic beginner routine from one of the stickies.
