I used to be like the skinniest kid in high school, then when i graduated, i wanted to change that. So i picked up weight training and dieting and went from there. Everyday i grow stronger and smarter and come closer to my goals of my body. "Be proud, but never satisfied." let me know what you think!

Am I right in assuming this is a 2-3 year transformation? Simply put: fantastic. Arms are the size of most guys legs! Chest and shoulders are crazy HUGE. 6'5"...230...yeah...I'm mirin'.

      Nice work.

lol thats were i started man! 190. you can do it! i have a pretty fast metabolism so maintenance right now at 230 is about 3800 calories, so when i bulk i go up to 4300 cals a day. Yeah a 5 day split is what i am on now, and love it, but starting out i did bench squat and deadlift 2 times a week with other isolation exercises in there as well. might have been a little too much starting out but i didnt know any better lol
