my physique has completley gone!? (pics)

hey guys
Ive been training for a while, seeing some great gains, but all of a sudden( literally one day in december last year) I woke up and my body looked different, EVERYTHING (muscles) where all looking soft. I changed nothing in my diet, or training, and since then although i have kept size, all my old definition had gone, i used to respond amazingly well to carbs, yet now i dont respond to them hardly atall, and everything turns into fat... even the creatine dont do nothing anymore... please look at the pics to see what i mean.. please respond guys, i know this seems like a small issue in my life, but its having a great affect on my confidence, and im constantly depressed because of it... the doctor dont know whats up because he is full of ****e, ive had no real good advice off this.. take a look at the pics




As i said, i havent changed anything in my diet, but i just stopped looking like i did overnight, my muscles just seem flat, and i cant get the fulness i so easily got before

I can't really see a difference bro look like the same physique, just dif lighting + position. Lighting + positioning can change your physique in a big way..

which one is the before and after pic? look the same. If there's any change it's probably minimal as we cannot see it. The only thing you can do is to keep eating clean and lift hard. Get check up with the doc to see if your test level is in check (not necessary but if you want to really figure it out). Other than that, i think it's just mental

if you got a little soft (fat) then just cut for a while then do a slow bulk. Calories control your look, provided everything else is in check.

You sir, look exactly the same to me. Maybe some very slight or minor differences, but I really wouldn't stress it. You look great, bro!
