My first test cycle Don't feel as if you have to up your dose, although more is better you will still gain on 250mg ew as its 3-4 times more than high end natty levels 250mg ew is about 180mg minus the ester weight. As for AI's you may not need any at that dose for gyno control but estrogen levels will still be above normal so I suppose a small dose of adex would see you right mate Good luck
My first test cycle your right always good to have to hand but some people seem to think you will get gyno but in fact its a side quite a lot of people don't get spots is more common in some cases very bad acne So are you sicking to 250mg or 500 which would be a lot better and just out of interest how old are you and how long training
