Okay. Test.75 ,.dbol.100, novadex.100, total.275.. That is the coat i am getting , i am a littlebit worried cuz its gonabe my first cycle , should i take novadex with my cycle or after im done ? I really dont wana get gyno and i wana e sure doing things right

what is the dose of the test you will be taking per week, I'd say you should be looking at 500mg of say test e. You can keep the nolva for pct or take 20mg per day if needed on cycle

Agree with above but i would you an ai like adex on cycle and keep the nolva.
eg.
1-12 500mg text e
1-4 30-40mg dbol

and get some clomid for pct aswell as the nolva

Im gona ask clomid as well from the supplier , so buddies if i get no sign im not gona use none of them toll my cycle is done correct ? I apreciate ur help ... I really wana do everything correctly . Plus im takin 3 pillz pf glucosamine 2 multiz 6 omegaz 3 pillz of l arginine , 2 pillz milk thistle , 1 pill coq 10 and some bcaa , is that too much to mix with gear should i cut down any of them ?

I won't say its too much, i would drop the milk thistle as their is no studies to show it does much.
Personnally i would do 500mg a week for a first cycle, which i am lol

Pills will be ok mate. Take your glucosamine with food though, if I take it on an empty stomach I get really Ill for an hour. Yeah man hold onto the gear until you have everything. That's a good attitude
