I'm 28 yrs old, 161lbs, planning on cutting and 3x a day workout schedule. My dietician recommended that my calories is 1760, carbs is 248g, Protein is 88g and Fats is 50g. From what I read in some article is that when cutting is that I should maintain 1g per pound of protein of lean mass? But then again I also read some where that carbs are more important in cutting because when you workout carbs create a protective layer for your protein. Any response would be a great help. Thank u!
