Here is how i have changed in the past 2 months since i have been taking it alot more seriously, pics are from July 1st and September 1st 2012. going from 20.5% body fat to 18% bodyfat. When i get down down to where i want to be i will start a clean bulk, what BF do you think i should aim for? i am 6'2 btw currently 195lbs.
My 2 Month Transformation weight in the first pic was 205lbs so a 10lb weight loss. Never measured my waist. Prior to the first pic i had been going gym for 6 months but not giving a damn about nutrition and drinking alcohol quite alot, realised i had to change something. Since then i have knuckled down got a steady diet going on and drinking lots of water.
My 2 Month Transformation I have 2 methods, electronic sclaes at home (only read accurate first thing in the morning) & i have a set of calipers. both read the same.
My 2 Month Transformation Gotcha. I usually use a tape measure and type in the results across multiple online calculators to get an idea, so was surprised you knew your bf% without your waist, but those methods would make sense as to why. Edit: you look a little better than 18% to me, you seem to have lost a few inches off the waist.

My 2 Month Transformation thanks.. to be honest, from the first pic i used to be so bloated all the time due to drinking beer and eating junk. Alot of what i lost may have been water weight.
