I have just joined this great site! I have been training for the last two years and happy with the results but I am looking for help and advice to take me to the next level!
Morning all Hi mate, 3 day split at the mo, chest bi/ back tri/ shoulders legs. But looking to change as have been doing this routine for a while now.yeah have got a good diet(I think!) oats, chicken, fish, fruit, ect. Just found some tasty looking protien bar recipes on here, that should keep me busy today!
