      Starting soon so can anyone post some mistakes you have learnt from cutting? like never eat too little carbs or anything

      Cutting with no solid foundation in place.

      Biggest and most common mistake, eating much too little.

      when i did my first cut back in 2007, i ate too little, especially carbs and fat. make sure you keep those important nutrients within your plan.

      This.. have u ever bulked?? Do u kno ur body well enough..

      Mistakes.. binging.. Uhhh that and being to restricting thinking you only gotta eat bro meals.. don't get me wrong I eat alot of chicken and brocoli butvi also indulge in weight watchers. Cakes.. cousin sub and basically anything still hitting my macros

      - Not getting enough protein
      - Eating way too little, which lead to binging
      - Binging .. lol, one day backwards takes many days to recover from
      - Not using EC stack >>>>>

      Thanks man i read that its different for everyone but would
      0.5g fat / lbm
      1g protein / lbm be a good starting base?

      Also Carb cycling with 200g/400g smart idea? I kinda don't wanna lose many if any muscle

      Cutting with no appreciable LBM. Build a solid foundation first - inclusive of strength.
