      Mental block while bulking, can anyone help?

      God this is just driving me insane (literally) I am finally doing everything else right and working hard but something like this...geeze

      Mary Jane amplifies my worry by 100x, not really an option.

      What you need to do is realize that there is no set amount of time that you need to sleep. Some people sleep 4-5 hours a night and make gains. Others need much more.

      Just listen to your body. If you're truly tired and need more rest, your body will let you know and you'll end up sleeping more without even trying. It'll be 8:00 at night and you'll want to go to bed.

      If you're functioning fine throughout the day and don't feel exhausted, then you're probably getting enough sleep.

      Just try watching television in bed, fall asleep watching it and if you don't have an alarm set (including mental) then your body should get all the sleep it needs. Seems you are creating a problem for no apparent reason.

      Yeah this is the kind of thing I need to get through my head. Jesus Christ I just need to let it go and not worry so much about sleep.

      Very true. I wake up naturally at 5-6am but because of this now feeling very very sluggish.
