      used to use it but it tended to come out the other end just as quick as i drank it!

      I was refering to the taste but i don't like any Maximuscle products full stop.

      60g serving, they recommend 2 servings a day to get a decent amount of protein and creatine from it. Meaning this will last 10 days. £2.90 a day, better off buying some meat.

      For £2.90 a day, you could drink those multipower glass bottle shakes with almost the same amount of protein, and they are the best tasting protein I've ever had (though high price due to being a ready to drink shake)

      Not cyclOne but there progain extreme is one of the best gainers I've used! But problem as ever is its rediculously expensivee £46 for 2kg if I recall which is why holland and Barrett sell it.

      And a weight gainer is mainly carbs right? So it should be whey cheaper than protein powders.
