      il be sticking with my protein then u recommend any good products for size and strength ?? im just using there whey protein at the moment got like just under half a kg left

      Ha Ha remember seeing a photo of Gazza coming out of Holland & Barrett with a load of there whey. The photo said Gazza was getting himself back in shape! By sh*ting all the cr*p out of him. The stuff is just as bad!

      Drop the whey and get a all in one with more calories perhaps and use that with meals, post workout etc.. etc..

      I come highly bias but I can honestly recommend the SSN Anabolic Muscle Builder. It's the only thing my mates are using now and growing nicely. Although now dieting I'm back on the whey.
