from the intensive reading ive been doing on this site the last couple days since i have joined i have come across the term "macronutrient" / "macros" in so many posts.
i have been training for years and this term is new to me.
this site has made me realise how much i dont actually know.
so cud somebody explain macronutrients to me please.
      thanx

i guess years of training with my earphones in and not chatting at the gym or doing research has done me no good!

Normally protein and fats are pretty constant with carbs going up and down depending on bulk or cut
But as we are all different, you need to evaluate your diet regularly
