      Hey, can u hop off the "wannabe wonderpug" bandwagon and realize this kid doesn't need to cut? Ahhh, fuk it. I'm out.

      If i was in his shoes I wouldn't cut, but it's his body, his life, and if he's gonna cut, he may aswell do it the right way.

      Kid? I don't need to bulk right now I said it before i'm cutting to 10% I leave in May for Basic Training for the Air Force so I really don't want to have a hard time there just because I decided to bulk now

      Buy an extra bag of nuts when you shop and eat an extra handful each day, you should be closer to 2200.

      And if you have never bulked before, you may have insufficient lean mass for the cut to end well and look 'scrawny'.

      Well ur age isn't there. At 150lb I was assuming your just a kid. And if they tell you you don't weigh enough?

      Who would tell me I didn't weigh enough the people a BMT no 147 is the minimum for my height I'll be just fine

      Well I seem to have quite a bit of lean muscle mass comparatively speaking to other people my height and weight back in high school i was 250 and 180 lbs muscles and such then I lost a lot of weight in doing so my muscle as well

      Ok, whatever tops your taco. I was assuming you'd wanna look better rather than worse. It's not like you can't gain weight and stay lean/athletic.

      Well in BMT your going to gain weight I mean you in Texas in the summer with temp usually above 100 degrees doing PT you'll be hungry a lot and you'll be fed well so yeah. I don't have a problem bulking I hate the work Bulk sounds like your just eating whatever you want but. Anyway bulking is fine how many calories would I consume a day if I was to bulk and what macro split would I be using?
