      I currently have a large calorie deficit and I am doing cardio at least 3 times a week!

      however I am also doing weights every day, taking whey protein and using creatine monohydrate.

      Will I be able to maintain/increase muscle and lose my bodyfat at the same time?

      forgot to say this...Bear in mind I am lifting as heavy as I can and have a diet with as much protein as i can incorporated into my calorie allowances....!

      Increase... most likely not... unless you're completely new to lifting.

      You will most likely still lose muscle mass, but you seem to be doing everything right to mitigate that muscle loss, which is all you really can do.

      Tips:
      - Get lots of protein
      - Lift as though you're trying to still actively gain muscle
      - Cut conservatively, only 1-2 lbs per week
      - Don't cut too long
      - Get plenty of sleep, don't overdo cardio, and don't overtrain

      I have literally been weight lifting for 10 days..

      ill happily admit i have a belly, not sure what body fat % I am but i'd say it is around 20..working hard to reduce it though

      I guess i could just do what i can to keep the muscle loss as low as it can be? thanks for the tips ill definately be taking them into account

      Since you are new to lifting, you will probably actually gain muscle, good luck!
