Any tips on how I can ease myself back into a health/exercise routine now we are into 2019?
Small targets, achievable goals and live off the feel good factor as you hit each goal. This will help build your confidence for the challenges ahead. Well thats the theory
Can anyone advise me how they are able to change their diet and stick to it? I always feel as though I am being dragged back towards my old ways. I suppose a lot of it is in the head?
