Please like my new Facebook page that I have just created, Im going to scout around and see what offers are available from various supplement companies etc and post up links on there There will be general BB pics uploaded and anyone is allowed to post on there. LIFTING HEAVY ASS WEIGHTS... I will be doing But there's a hell of a lot of my friends who are not on UK-M as much as i wish they were and i wanted a place where anyone that's interested can just have a quick look at the offers etc!

This site is a forum where discussions etc can be held, a facebook page isnt like that. Everbody that i have on my personal facebook account i know in person. this isnt my personal account, its a public page that can be liked and shared etc... And no! Im not a like whore lol. If your not on facebook and the page doesnt interest you, then dont like it! Simple
