I would like to know if you think my leg day (once a week) is overkill and if so, why? I am training on AAS which is a factor that you should consider when you respond. My routine: Front squat warm up (just the bar) Back squat 5x5 Deadlift 5x5 Calf raises (leg press machine) Leg press machine Adductor machine Abductor machine Leg extension machine Leg curl machine Thank you for reading jerry_lewis.jpg
Leg Day Overkill? My legs are skinny like Mikado's, I had to take a year out from working them due to an ankle injury so I am throwing everything at them.
Leg Day Overkill? I do this.... Warm Up. Squats x5 sets. SLDL x 2 sets. Lunges x2 sets. Calf Raises x 4 sets.
Leg Day Overkill? Lunges used to really give my legs good shape, but there's too much ankle flexion for me to do that anymore. Maybe later on down the road I can reintroduce them.
Leg Day Overkill? They used to give me gyp too, but my joints have become accustomed to them over time.
